30-Day Returns & Exchanges
You may return or exchange your item within 30 days from the date of purchase.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must:

- Be unused and free from damage caused after purchase.
- Include all original packaging, accessories, and proof of purchase where applicable.
Tech Vault Technologies reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not meet these conditions.
Processing Time
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, please allow 1–7 business days for your return or exchange to be processed.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping returned items.
- Alternatively, customers may return or exchange their items free of charge by bringing them directly to our shop during business hours.
Refunds
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed using the original payment method, where applicable. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are received defective or incorrect:
- Used, damaged, or altered items.
- Clearance or final sale items (where applicable).
