All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.
Once an order has been placed, you will receive confirmation. This confirmation does not guarantee acceptance of the order. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order for any lawful reason.
4. Payment
We accept the following payment methods:
- Lipa na M-Pesa
- Cash on Delivery (C.O.D.) (Available in selected locations.)
Orders may only be processed after successful payment confirmation where applicable.
5. Shipping
- A KES 500 flat-rate delivery fee applies to eligible orders.
- Free shipping is available for all orders of KES 80,000 and above.
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to location, courier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
6. Returns & Exchanges
Customers may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days from the purchase date, provided the item is:
- In the same condition as when purchased.
- Returned with its original packaging and accessories where applicable.
- Accompanied by proof of purchase.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed. Customers may also return items directly to our shop.
Approved returns and exchanges are processed within 1–7 business days after inspection.
7. Warranty
Where applicable, products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty coverage, duration, and conditions vary depending on the product and manufacturer.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by:
- Misuse or negligence.
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications.
- Physical damage, water damage, or accidental damage.
- Normal wear and tear.

Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the affected product.
